E-Z Way Car Wash is a self-service car wash in Flagstaff, Arizona. It is listed at 514 W Clay Ave, Flagstaff, AZ 86001, which places it among the local businesses of Flagstaff that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

Flagstaff is in Arizona, in the Southwest, where the desert climate brings very hot summers, mild sunny winters and the summer monsoon; outdoor businesses shift their hours toward early mornings and evenings in the hottest months. Getting around Flagstaff is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Arizona's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

DOLLAR TOKENS ONLY which means you end up paying more than the amount needed. Loss of $4 in unused tokens with on one on site. Website has no contact number. If you like to waste money, its $3 tokens for 2 minutes! The vacuum only takes quarters. This place is awful!

Stupid hunka junk car wash this is the last place I would ever take my car to. I used different cards on two different machines and none of them worked and they stole $2 from me. Go to the competitor. This place sucks

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration! This is the third time I've been to this place and have tried different bays and each time have had a different issue. This time I spent $1.50 while waiting for pre-soak soap to come out that never did, then I switched to high pressure soap and the wand/gun constantly drips a lot if water on you so you get a free shower with your car wash. I'm honestly not sure how they're still in business with such poor equipment/maintenance.

5:45 pm on Monday May 6, 2024, this run down car wash STOLE $3.75 from me. I fed $3 00 in quarters to the last still on the right. The last 2 quarters not registering & the machine saying to add 50 cents. I then got $3 in tokens from the cash exchange machine & fed those in & finally the wash started. It now had enough of my hard earned money for 2 washes, but instead I was given time credit for ONE wash. DO NOT USE THIS RUN DOWN, THIEVING WASH. Too many others in town that don't steal from you.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. I've probably spent well over $100 here in washing cars over the last decade and a half. It's been a great, clean self-serve carwash for years until recently. A year ago, I washed my parent's new Forester and ended up paying $6 to get a clean car and a lot of scratches! Turns out the hoses were filthy with cinders and they scratched the paint. Not happy. Fast forward to today: decide to clean my new Outback here and go there with a plan to use the washer to clean all the hoses before using them, which I did thoroughly using their own sprayer. Additionally, discover they increased the price from $2 for 4 minutes of use a year ago to $3 for 4 minutes of use! Because my car was dirty, I end up spending $9 in total, not the worst. I even made sure the hose was always lubricated with soap if it touched the car or otherwise swung it around my back to avoid contact altogether. Drive it out into the sun after and find a few deeper and numerous lighter scratches all around the car! Better yet, it didn't clean my car! Still had dirt residue everywhere after using the soap brush twice and going over it with the water sprayer several times! Basically,
